Healthy weight?

What is the healthy weight for a 5'5"-ish 16 year old girl? My very dear friend will not believe me when I say she is a fine weight. She always says I am "only saying that" or somthing along those lines. Just a rough guess is fine.

i would have to say between 115 and 125 is a very healthy weight for a person of that size in height. it really depends on the bone structure of her body. she could weigh up to 145 and still look really good remember muscle weighs more then fat. At 16 she should have a lot of muscle.

I'd say between 118-135. But, you can always use a BMI calculator, like this...

It has ages too, so that will put age into account.

Probably around 125-140. If she wants to try a BMI she could to see if she is at a healthy weight. Look up "BMI" or "Body Mass Index" on google or yahoo, and put all the information it asks. That will tell her if shes at a healthy weight.
