Stay of foods high in sugar and fat, and carbs (bread, pasta, etc) try to eat lean meats, fruits and vegetables instead. Drinking water also helps you be healthy and it can fill you up so you feel less hungry.

As for exercise try 30-60 mins about 6 days a week. Walking will do to start off with but bike-riding, jogging or going to the gym is better. You can also do stretches and small exercises at home. Good luck!
